Just so you know, they capped the max buff for attack speeds at 33% anyways... you wouldn't have to think about anything, it's already been thought of ^.^

Come on people, iway use to have iway + tigers fury, which was insane attack speeds, they already had stacking of attack speeds and fixed it easily...

Thumbs up!

no. the roman Triarii where experienced soldiers who wielding spears and short swords pre marius reforms. the retiarii was an actual gladiator type.
i also like this idea. it is origional. it is NOT like a warrior. it would require very different tactics. whilst it is copied from somewhere it is not a simple carbon copy of classes that OWNJOO in other online games. a very old idea in world terms. a fresh new idea in computer games.
i like it. good job.

Very original, and for that alone I would sign. But you've also implimented some interesting features, and that counts for plenty in my books.
The name is also very good, retards (I refer to preteen, arrogant 13-year olds) won't be able to spell it and therefore it will be easy to filter out the good players from the bad.
Bad typers, sorry but I guess you're SOL until you learn the value of punctuation and spelling

Best extra class example I have read. Perfect mix between a ele and a warrior but unique enough not to take away from other characters. VERY NICE!

I like the Retiarii...but I think this is too specific of a class. How about making this class, but not calling it a Retiarii and just giving it an armor option to look like a Retiarii (Like how the 15k warrior glad is based off the Thracian Gladiator).
The polearms and weather control i agree with (although i think the net has got to go as a weapon, but maybe rather as a skill). I love polearms and ive complained about the lack of spears and poleaxes and halberds already (my suggestion being a lancer class).
Weather control would be nifty, although trying to come up with unique skills that dont overlap too much with elementalist spells would be hard.
Some ideas for skills:
Dense Fog [Elite]: Weather. Creates a heavy fog that lasts for 5-9 seconds that causes enemies to move 33% slower and have 25% chance of missing. Also makes everything look hazy as if you are drunk with dwarven ale.
Mirage Heat: Weather. Create a wave of heat that lasts for ___ seconds and increases damage of fire spells and fire weapons by 10%. This skill causes exhaustion.
Charged Atmosphere: Weather. Causes the air to become static for __ seconds and increases damage of lightning spells and weapons by 10%. This skill causes exhaustion.
Polearm Skills:
Spartan Drill [Elite]: Stance. Increases polearm attack speed by 33% and defense by 20 armor but movement is slowed by 75% and damage is doubled to attacks from behind.
Impaler Rush: Skill. This attack must be used while enemy is at the edge of the aggro circle or it will have no effect. It increases speed by 50% for 2 seconds and reduces armor by half and if it hits, causes ____ damage and knockdown.
ill post more if my brain comes up with stuff.

well not so much random as historical. I knew people wanted a polearm class and i had just seen this on tv, so i thought it might be cool.

With a little skill tweaking, this could be really cool! I love the idea of Tidal Wave leaving water behind, then using that water in conjunction with another skill. Great job!

The whole polearm thing reminds me of Cid Highwind from FF7, so I give it a thumbs up.

yea i wanted to add something completely new, not just a new character, but a whole new affect. I think this could also work in conjunction with other skills. Like for some ele skills such as chain lightning, if there is water on the ground the lightning is more powerful. i dunno maybe.

I think this is a pretty good and fresh idea. The only thing i dont really like about it is the net. A net just seems very odd to use as an offhand. oh well, at least you were creative about it. now i think i'm gonna go and think of my own class.
